Donation Terms Of Service By donating to the server you agree to all of the rules listed below. Donating to the server does not make you immune to the rules. If you break any of our rules listed below you are subject to be punished. All users must follow these rules or they can get punished in a warn/kick/ban depending on the severity. General Rules: Do not call staff for small things (Examples: ADMIN TO ME RDM, ADMIN TO ME, HELP, etc.) Any of the examples of sit will not be taken. Share details if you want your sit to be taken. Do not arrest other users for no reason (RDA). Do not prop spam, or prop minge (Prop Kill, Prop Block, Prop Push, Prop Climb, Prop Surf, etc.); Do not harass other players. Threatening to hack / ddos the server and its users it an instant perma ban. Attempting to crash the server/crashing the server is a perma ban. Do not spam chat/ Spam admin chat. Excessive swearing is not allowed, but every now and then is fine. Do not exploit in any way or form. Do not loophole or false claim you know the rules in any form. Do not wait awhile before killing someone if they're KoS to you. (Unless it's a hit.) Force lightning is not allowed and can result in a demotion or stripped weapons. Skybasing is allowed as long as there is a way for everyone to go up(no parkour). When you are RDMed talk to the person first. Basing rules: Black out bases are not allowed. No double fading doors. Fading door limit is 3 Keypads must be visible and right beside the door No maze bases. No crouch bases. No head glitch bases. No hitboxing(bases that allow the raider not to be able to shoot back). Do not fading door abuse (open your fading door in a rp situation, aka to stop a lockpick or to kill someone or to run away from someone) Buttons are allowed but don't use them in a way that allows the raider to not be able to be shotback when your being raided. One ways are allowed Building sign keeps you from being raided. (You can not have any money making entities inside of the base whilst having a building sign) If you're on someone else's property, you're KoS by the property owner. You may have a skybase but you need someway to get up with props. Civilian Ruleset Classes: Can Base but cannot Raid, Mug, Kidnap and PD raid Any class that isn't defined in their description falls under this ruleset. Terrorist Ruleset Classes: Can Base and Pd raid and Mug but cannot Kidnap, and Raid There is a 20 minute cooldown after you die in a terror. You can only terror on the streets. You can only terror when a mayor is on. Police Ruleset: Can Raid (A PD raid for illegals like printers and meth)but cannot Mug, and Kidnap When raiding as a police/ cop you must warrant for a valid reason.  Valid reasons to raid/ Warrant a user: Can hear/ see money printers or drugs, Attacking/ shooting at pd, Wanted by the police, Selling illegal items.  Every other reason is invalid. Do not PD Raid for a non-valid reason. Do not arrest for a non-valid reason. You may  not be corrupt, and may not have printers (Also, don't go too overboard with this or it will be removed.) You may have Bitcoin miners. You may not stun stick abuse(randomly hitting people with the stunstick) for no reason. Hitman Ruleset: You may Base, Raid(only for a hit) but you may not mug,kidnap or PD raid. Hacker ruleset: You can base but cannot solo raid or solo pd raid, mug, kidnap Read the description of your job for the rules regarding it. Thief Ruleset: Can Base, Raid, Kidnap, Mug and PD raid Kidnapper Ruleset: Can Base, Kidnap, Mug and cannot Raid and PD raid Mayor ruleset: Can Base but cannot Raid, Kidnap, Mug, and Pd raid Mayor can base. Mayor can own Bitcoin miners. Mayor can own a house. Mayor can't make anyone above the law. Mayor can't make any KOS laws. Mayor can own any weapon. Mayor can't make laws that restrict movement ex. Crouch only. Mayor can't make printers or meth legal but you may legalize weed. Mayor can't make corrupt laws ( such as laws making jaywalking AOS or illegal ) Custom Classes Ruleset: Thief ruleset unless a cop custom class. Gang ruleset classes: Base, Raid, Kidnap, Mug, and PD raid Gang Classes can have a mega base. Gangs can declare war on rival gangs or PD but both leaders must accept. Mega Base rules: Can have up-to 6 fading doors. Rest of basing rules apply. Must be a gang with at least 3 members in your party. Each building you block off must be owned by a member of the gang each. If someone has a house in the place you built you must either give them access to megabase or take the base down. Swat HQ: This is the Swat's megabase ,but they have to allow any cop into the base that requests entry. You may have entities as long as they are legal. You must respond to the mayor's request for swat when he calls for it. Swat is the only one who is able to build the base. Adverts: NO FEAR RP. When adverting raid you must be in front of the base your raiding and can only kill the owner outside the base if you have the intent to raid the base. 10-minute raid cooldown. 30-minute cooldown on raiding the same base. When mugging you must give the person 10 seconds to respond or it is considered RDM. You may add restrictions like KOS if you pull a weapon. Max mug is 10k. Mug cooldown is 5 minutes You must advert kidnap. Max ransom is 10k. Kidnap cooldown is 10 minutes. You must advert revolt and have a valid rp reason. Ex. /advert Revolt. Corrupt PD. 15 minute cooldown on revolt. When revolting the PD and mayor are KOS and all revolters are KOS to the PD. You must advert PD raid. There has to be two cops on the server to be able to raid PD. Anyone in the PD during a raid that isn't raiding is KOS. Cops may not go back to the PD when being raided or it is NLR You must advert counter. Counter is a vigilante action that allows someone to kill a player that is breaking a law like raiding or mugging. You may not counter counters(it has happened). Hits: For now the darkrp hit system only works with mob boss if you are on the other hitman jobs you have to advert Hit accepted on for $$. Definitions of common DarkRP related terms: OOC - Out Of Character IC - In Character RDM - Random Death Match NLR - New Life Rule FDA - Fading Door Abuse RDA - Random Arrest Meta - Metagaming CP - Police (Civil Protection) Mod - Moderator Admin - Administrator SA - Super Admin HA - Head Admin CM - Community Manager Dev - Developer DCTAP - Disconnected To Avoid Punishment LTAP - Leaving To Avoid Punishment RP - Role-Play IRL - In Real Life RDM - Random Death Match: Random Death Match, literally means a random attempt to shoot a player or kill. All kills and opening fire(Using your weapon) threats must have a valid role-play reason, not all the valid reasons need to be written down, use your common sense, attempting to kill/damage someone without a valid RP reason will end up in a kick and if the situation is major, a ban(the staff decides the length). Do not kill people when they leave your property or are not behind the KOS line. For example: If someone attempts to raid you and you kill him, it will NOT count as RDM. If you just walk on the street, pull out your gun and kill someone without a reason at all, it will count as RDM. If you don't like someone or you got killed recently by someone and you go back to him and kill him for revenge, maybe you even broke NLR and it's considered RDM. NLR - New Life Rule: You can not return to your base if you died defending it from a raid until the raid is over, this includes sniping from a distance or shooting at your base from the outside. You will notice that you are still being raided when people are telling you to go outside, you can see that your stuff is being destroyed or you can use a camera which you must have placed before the raid started. For example: Someone raids you, while you go back to your base he is already gone, however it haven't been 3 minutes yet, you broke NLR. Someone raids you and you die. You have waited till the raid ended and go back to your base. On the way you see the guy who raided you, you pull out your gun and you kill him, you broke NLR. Someone raids you and you die. You have waited till the raid ended and act towards the players who raided you as if nothing has happened, you didn't break NLR. Meta gaming: Do not metagame, ever: You are not allowed to transfer any information from IC to OOC, or vice versa. You are not allowed to base your actions on non-realistic stuff like seeing something through the wall(Keypad code you got while playing a different job, Name Tags, Drug Lab Tags, etc). _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ If you purchase Trial-Moderator and you break any of these rules listed below you will be demoted to user/VIP without question. If your rank allows you to spawn guns do not do that. Do not ever for any reason no clip into a players base, if you need them for a sit then bring them to a location! Don't be rude to players. You are here to make us look good. DO NOT kick,ban,warn another staff member unless they go rouge. Let a higher up know what is going on if its serious.
